<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the strip of land 66 feet
<br />wide off the east side of Lot Nine in County Subdivision of the South -half of the South -east
<br />Quarter of Section 16,in Township 11,North of Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Friedrike Heesch,under and by virtue
<br />of the provisions of her last will and testament,to Augusta C wds,her daughter,in absolute
<br />title,and it is so awarded.
