<br />F Now on this 13th day of December,1924,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Charles J.Cords,Executor of the Last will and Testament of Friddrike Heesch,deceased,foll-
<br />owing due notice by publication,to all persons interested as to the filing of said report
<br />and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said Executor has accounted for all of the
<br />estate of said deceased coming into his possession or under his control and m

<br />in his hands for distribution the sum of $1,429.90,and that said report is correct in every
<br />respect and ought to be allowed as and for the final account of said Executor.
<br />THE COURT FINDS.that the money remaining in the hands of the Executor should be distributed
<br />as follows,under tahe will :
<br />To Clara Junge,one- fourth part thereof,
<br />To Anna Stehr,one - fourth part thereof,
<br />To Augusta Cords,one- fourth part thereof,
<br />To Theresa Audrey Obermiller,one- twelfth part thereof,and
<br />To Anna E.S.Obermiller,guardian of Philip Arlbey Obermiller and Henry Wilmer Obermiller,one-
<br />sixth part thereof.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice as required by law was given to�all persons interested as to
<br />the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and
<br />that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims outstanding i
<br />against said deceased not so filed if any such there be,are therefore, forever barred and ex-
<br />cluded;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the estate of the said Friedrike Heesch deceased,is not subject to in-
<br />heritance tax and that the several bequests. to beneficiaries under the will are not subject
<br />to inheritance tax.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Friedrike Heesch departed this life on the 29th day of June,
<br />1922,tha.t she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraskal
<br />and that she left a last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed,and a d-
<br />.. mitted to probate in this court on the 5th day of August,1922,and recorded in this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that said Friedrike Heesch was at the time of her death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The South -west Quarter (SW +) and the North -east Quarter (NE�) of the South -east Quarter (SE +)
<br />land the South East Quarter (SFJ) of the North -east Quarter (NE+) all in Section Four (4)
<br />in Township Ten (10) , in Range Nine (9 ) West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />!The North -west Quarter (NW +) of the North -west Quarter (NW4) of Section Nine (9) in Township
<br />?Ten (10) in Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M. and a strip of Land 66 feet wide off the East
<br />side of Lot Nine (9),in the County Subdivision of the South -half of the South -east Quarter of
<br />Section Sixteen (16) in Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9).
<br />THE COURT FINDS that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last Will and Testament
<br />all of the right,title,and interest of the said Friedrike Heesch in and tostrip of land 66
<br />±f eet wide off the east side of Lot 9 in County Subdivision of the South -half, of the South -east
<br />aquarter of Section 16 in Township 11,North,Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M. ,did pass and
<br />descend at the death of the testatrix to Augusta Cords,her daughter,in absolute title.

<br />THE COURT FINDS that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of the right
<br />°title,and interest of the said Friedrike Heesch in and to The South -west Quarter and the North-
<br />ast Quarter of the South -east Quarter and the South -east Quarter of the North -east Quarter,
<br />11 in section four,in Township 10,in Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.,also the North -west Quarter
<br />f the North -west Quarter of Section 9,in Township 10,in Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.did pass
<br />ad descend at her death to Charles J.Cords,intrust,with power in said trustee to sell said
