<br />To my said Son- in- law,Charles J.Cords,I give and devise the South West Quarter and the North
<br />East Quarter of the South East Quarter and the South East Quarter of the North East Quarter all
<br />in Section Four Township Ten,North of Range Nine and 'West of the Sixth P. M. ,also the North
<br />West Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section Nine in said Township and Range and containing
<br />in all about Two Hundred Eighty Acres.He shall hold said premises in trust,but shall sell them
<br />within one year after my decease and he shall pay the proceeds thereof,after deducting all
<br />necessary expenses of probating this will and administering upon my estate as follows,and to
<br />the following named persons,that is to say;
<br />To my dearly beloved husband,James Heesch,I give the sum of Six Thousand Dollars,in lieu of his
<br />statutory rights in my estate;
<br />To my Grand son,Emil Stuhr,a son of my deceased daughter,Mary,I give the sur) of Five Hundred.
<br />Dollars;One- fourth part of the balance of said moneys remainingin his hands shall go to my
<br />daughter Clara Junge;One- fourth part of said proceeds,I give to my daughter Anna Stehr,and to
<br />her heirs;one- fourth part of said proceeds,I give to my daughter Augusta Cords and to her heirs;
<br />and One- fourth part of the said proceeds I give to my Grand children Henry Wilmer Obermiller,
<br />Therese Audrey Obermiller,Phillip Arlbey Obermiller,in equal parts,the childred of my deceased'
<br />son Henry Obermiller,and to their heirs forever.
<br />The expense of handling,selling,and conveying said real estate shall first be deducted from
<br />the proceeds of the sale thereof before division; is made.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 26th,day of September,A.D.,1921.

<br />of August,1922,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Friedrike
<br />Heesch,deceased,wnd the aame was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
