<br />To Paulina Schuessler,an undivided One -third interest in all of said real estate and in
<br />addition thereto,a homestead right for and during her natural life in and to all of the pro-
<br />1 1 perty located in the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and the same is hereby awarded
<br />to her and her heirs and assigns forever;that the remaining Two- thirds interest in all of said
<br />real estate,subject to the homestead interest of Pauline Schuessler passed and descended,by
<br />operation of law,to Alfred G. Schueseler,Albert F. Schuessler'Walter P. Schuessler and Frieda
<br />faiser in :equal shares,and the same is hereby awarded to them and their heirs and assigns for-
<br />ever;that the personal prpperty belonging to said deceased passed and descended,by operation
<br />of law,to Paulina Schuessler and the same is hereby awarded to her and her heirs and assigns
<br />forever,and said estate is hereby closed,said Administrator discharged and his bond released.

<br />THE LAST WILL OF FRIEDRIKE HEESCH.
<br />I,Friedrike Heesch,formerly Friedrike Obermiller of Grand Island,Nebraska make this my last
<br />will hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my son- in- law,Charles J.Cords,executor of this will and direct that he need give
<br />no bond.
<br />To my dearly beloved husband James Heesch,I give the sum of One Thousand Dollars out of
<br />which he shall pay the expenses of my burial and such markers and monuments as to him may seem
<br />best on my burial lot. Any part of said money not so used shall belong:, to him . Any other debts
<br />left by me shall be paid out of my personal property,or if that is not sufficient,out of the
<br />proceeds of the sale of my land in Washington township,as is more particularly described here-
<br />inafter.
<br />To my dearly beloved daughter, Auguste Cords,and to to her heirs forever,I give and devise
<br />my strip of land about Sixty -six feet wide off the East side of Lot Nine in County Subdivision
<br />of South half of South East quarter of Section Sixteen,Township Eleven,North of Range Nine,
<br />'Nest of the Sixth P. M.
