<br />The court finds that notice as required by law was liven to all creditors of said Fred
<br />Nabel, deceased, a.s to the ti_r.e limited and place appointed for filing claims against said es-
<br />tate,a.nd that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;tha.t all claims outstand -1
<br />i.ng against said estate and not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and
<br />excluded. The court finds that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid
<br />and satisfied.
<br />The court finds that the said Fred Nabel departed this life on the 10th day of August,1924,
<br />that he was Pt the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that
<br />he left a Last "till and Testament which instrument ,1as duly proved,allowed and admitted to
<br />probate in this court on the 13th day of September,1924,and recorded in this office with
<br />certificate of orobate.
<br />The court finds that the said Fred Babel died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.,to -wit: Lot Five (5) , in Block One
<br />Hundred and Tv +o (102) in Koenig & 7 iebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island.
<br />The court finds th t under and by virtue of the )rovis.ions of said last will and testament
<br />the above ::mentioned and described real estate CI-id pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Fred Nabel to ors. Clara Ivers and 1,2rs. Auguste Eg_;e,nieces of the testator,in equal sharesand
<br />in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the executor be
<br />and the same hereby is approved a o". allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged
<br />of his trust.
<br />It is further COT'SIDERED AND ADJUDGED that all persons are forever barred and excluded from
<br />filing or setting up an clai!,s or demands against the estate of Fred Nabel deceased.
<br />IT IS FUR"'HER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED A "TD DECREED BY TT.-'_,E COURT that all of the right,titel and
<br />interest of Fred Nabel,deceased,in and to Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred and Two (10�),in
<br />Koenig, & ^tiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Isla.rd,in Hall County,Nebra.ska,did descend at
<br />his death under the provisions of his Last will and testament to ?rs. Clara Ivers and Mrs August
<br />Pgge,in equal shares,each of said devisees ta'_cing an undivided one -half interest in said real
<br />e�tat e.

<br />satisfied as shoyr receipts of the legatees on file in this office. II
