<br />I,Fred Na.hel,mpke this ily last will hereby revoking all former wills.
<br />I appoint my friend Chas H. Ienck of Grand Island, executor of this gill.
<br />To Louisa Taylor,Sabina Abbot t,niec es, and Charles R.Heusinger my nephew,a.nd to Jennie Heus-
<br />inger,his d. ^.ughter,I give each the sum of one hundred dollars.
<br />After the ayment of all my just debts,funeral expenses of my last illness and. the foregoing
<br />legacies of four hundred dollars,I give,devise and bequeath the rest,residue and remainder of
<br />my estate,realty and personal property to my nieces ors Clara Ivers and ;irs.Augusta Egge,share
<br />and share a.like,s.nd to their respective heirs forever.

<br />ing upon the final report of C. H.,Ia;enck, executor of the Last Till and Testament of Fred Nabel,
<br />deceased,following due notice to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased as re-
<br />quired by lazti and by order of court,and no one having appeared to object to or protest against
<br />the allowance of said report.
<br />On examination thereof the court finds that the report of said executor is correct in all
<br />respects and ought to be s_lloti ^,red; that he has accounted for all of said estate coming into his
<br />he;nds or under his control; that he has received from all sources the sum of $1329.18 1S and has
<br />paid out in settlement of uebts,funiera.l expenses,costs of administration,expenses of the last
<br />sickness and special legacies the suai of $1329.18- and that there remains no money or other
<br />personal property in his hands for distribution.
