Searson, surviving hus- <br />band of said deceased,and father of the child of the said Harriet E. Searson,and Vivian H. <br />Searso n, a daughter. <br />The Court further finds that the said Harriet E.Searson died seized as the owner of an <br />undivided one -half of the south one-half of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter <br />of Section Four (4) , in Township Eleven �11) North,Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M. , in <br />Hall County,Nebraska,and at the tir_e of her death said premises was the joint homestead of <br />the said Harriet E.Searson and Olie A. Searson,her "surviving husband. <br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said Harriet E.Searson the real estate <br />above described passed and descended,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska,to <br />said Olie A.Searson and Vivian H.Searson,surviving husband and daughter,respectively,of said <br />deceased,share and share alike,subject,however,to the homestead estate therein of the said <br />Olie A. Searson. <br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said de- <br />ceased,a.11 debts of said deceased,and the costs of this proceeding,that said estate is not <br />subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,and that said Adminis- <br />trator has waived all claim against said estate for the excess paid out by him for said estate <br />over the amount received by him belonging to said estate. <br />IT IS,THEREFOR.E,ORDERFD,ADJUDGxuD AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the <br />said Olie A. Searson,a,s Administrator of the estate of the said Harriet E.
