<br />I,'illiarr. A. Bowde,of Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,considering the up-certainty of this mortal
<br />life and being o= so-and grind and memory, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, in
<br />manner and fora follo,r;inc,that is to say:
<br />First: I direct that all my fwzera.l charges,the expenses of administering my estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property.
<br />Second: I give - .,d bequeath to my beloved =,ife Jennie Bowden the North East quarter and the
<br />North East Quarter of the Tdorth "Jest Quarter of Section Fifteen (15),Toairnship Nine (9) N.Range
<br />Nine (Jest) containing 20C acres,to be held and enjoyed by her during hernatural life time; it
<br />is my lill,that,at her death,the above described Real Estate with all appurtenances thereto,shall
<br />descend to my beloved daughter Cora H. Hann anal at her death to her children or their issue.
<br />Third: I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Cora H. Hann the West half of the South West
<br />Quarter (w-a'- S',%) of Section Eleven (11) Torunship Nine (9) N.Range Nine (9) West,amta.ining 80
<br />acres for her exclusive use and benefit during her natural life;at her death it is my 'Ili 11 that
<br />these pre_Yises shall descend to her children or their issue.
<br />Fourth: I give and bequeath to my wife Jennie Bogy ,vden one horse,harness anc vehiel; she to have
<br />her choice Of selection.
<br />Fifth: I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate ,Real and personal to my wife Jennie
<br />Bovvden and to my da:aghter Cora, H. Hann (or in case of her death,to her surviving children) share
<br />and share alike.
<br />Sixth: I appoint my wife Jennie Bowden executrix of this my last will and Testament hereby re-
<br />voking all former Polls b7 me made.
