<br />The Court further finds that the said Edward Rogers died intestate on the 20th day of Jan-
<br />uary,1924,that he was a widower at the time of his death,and that he left surviving him,as his
<br />heirs at law,and his only heirs at law, James V. Rogers,a son,EthYl M. Gustin,a. daughter, ,.7'i.nifred

<br />The Court further finds that the said Edward Rogers died the owner,by fee simple title,of
<br />the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska,to -wit
<br />the southwest quarter of Section ThirteEn (13) in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10)
<br />'.Test of the 6th P. M. , and Lot Five (5) in Block Fifteen (15) , inWallich' s Addition to the city o
<br />Grand Island;also the followi� described real estate situated in the county of Merrick and
<br />state of Nelrra.ska,to -wit: the west half of the southwest quarter of Section Five (5),Lot One
<br />(1) on Ma,inla.nd,in Section Seven (7),and Lot Two (2) on T-b inland,in Section Eight (8),all in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eight (8) 77est,of the 6th P.M. ,containing 1712 acres.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said Edward Rogers the real estate herei
<br />before described passed and descended,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska,to Jame
<br />V. Rogers,Ethyl M. Gust in,'Vinifred R. C4ambers,and Ruth I. Rogers, son and daughters of said deceased,
<br />by absolute title,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS,THEREFOR ,ORDERJD,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of the said James
<br />V.Rogers,as administrator of the estate of the said Edward Rogers, deceased,be,and the same her
<br />by is,approved and allowed as and for his final report, said estate is hereby settled and closed
<br />and said administrator is discharged. °

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims agains`
<br />the estate of said Edivard Rogers, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded,and
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that upon the death of the said Edward Rogers the
<br />real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended,under the intestate laws of the state
<br />of Nebraska,to James V. Rogers,Ethyl M. Gustin,' inifred R. Chambers,and Ruth I. Rogers,son and
<br />daughters of said deceased,by absolute title, share and share alike,and distribution thereof
<br />is hereby accordingly made.
