<br />Now on this 4th day of IJune,10120 this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Phebe A.
<br />Wilken which was filed in this Court on the 9th day of May,1920. And upon instrument filed in
<br />this court purporting to be an authenticated copy of the last will and testament of said John
<br />Wilken,deceased.
<br />The same having been submitted to the court,the court finds from the petition filed herein
<br />that the said John Wilkenl, departed this life while a resident of San Diego County in the state
<br />of California,on the 21st,day of October,1919;that he left a last will and testament and that
<br />the samehas been admittedl,to probate in the Superior Court of the state of California in San
<br />Xi ego County.
<br />The court further finds that a duly authenticated copy of the last will and testament of the
<br />said deceased and of the order admitting to the same to probate in the state of California
<br />is now on filed in this court; that the said deceased died seized and possessed of real estate
<br />in the County of Seward in` the state of Nebraska, and that said instrument should be admitted
<br />to probate in this court a's the last will and Testament of the said John Wilken,deceased.It is
<br />therefore ordered,adjudged', and decreed by the court that the authenticated copy of the last
<br />will and testament of said deceased which has been filed in this court should be and the same i
<br />hereby admitted to probate!, and given the same foree and effect as if orginally probated in
<br />i
<br />this court.
<br />It is further adjudged and decreed that H.N.Colman should be and he is hereby appointed ad-
<br />ministrator with the will annexed,conditioned upon his giving bond in the sum of $100.00 and
<br />taking the oath required by law,by reason of the fact that Phoebe A.Wilken named as executrix
<br />in said will is a non resident of the state of Nebraska.
