<br />These bequests to become due and pyable upon the death of the said Peter McCullough.
<br />The court finds.moreover that should the said Peter McCullough die prior to the death of
<br />the said Anna Searson,the said Son,Charles J.mcCullough is required,under the terms of said will,
<br />to provide a home for the said Anna Searson and to properly care for her as long as she pay live.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that under and by virtue of the
<br />terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Ellen McCullough,deceased,Peter McCullough,
<br />her husband,takes a life estate in the West Half of the Southwest quarter, (Wj of S. W. i) ,of Section
<br />Twenty (20) ,in Township Eleven (11),in Range Ten (10) ,west of the 6th P. M. ,with the privilege to
<br />the said Anna Searson to have a home on said premises,and that at the death of the said Peter
<br />McCullough the said real estate passes to and becomes the property of Charles J.McCullough upon'
<br />his paying the sum of Three Hundred Dollars each to Thomas A.McCuilough,Albert W.McCullough,Mary
<br />E. Butler,John E. McCullough,Bryan T. McCullough and Floyd S. McCullough,the said Charles J. McCullough
<br />to provide a home for the said Anna Searson with him on said premises,and said property is awarded
<br />accordingly.

<br />I,John Wilken,of the age of 66 years being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this
<br />my last will and testament in manner following,that is
<br />I bequeath to my adopted daughter,Grace May Cline,of San Diego County,the sum of fifty (50)
<br />dollars
<br />I devise and bequeath to my wif e,Phebe A.Wilken,all the rest,residue and remainder of my pro-
