<br />ths ( 5/16) thereof,that is,15 /16 divided equally among said last named three children.
<br />FIFTH 'I hereby nominate and appoint my son John Nicholson sole executor of this my Last Will
<br />and Testa.ment,giving and granting unto him,as such executor,full power and authority to sell
<br />and convey any real estate which may form part of my residuary estate,for the purpose of pay-
<br />ing the legacies mentioned in item FOURTH of this Will,and I desire that he be not required
<br />to furnish surety on his bond as such executor.,
