<br />THE COURT FINDS that under and by virtue of the provisions of said Last Will and Testament
<br />all of the right,title,and interest of James Nicholson in and to Lot 2 in Block 17 in the Origin-
<br />al Town now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the testator in
<br />the manner followino,to -wit:
<br />To William Nicholson,his son,an undivided one - sixteenth part thereof,
<br />To Jessie Nicholson Gidings,a daughter,five- sixteenth.part thereof,
<br />To John Nicholson,a son,five- sixteenths part thereof,and
<br />To James Nicholson,his son,five - sixteenths part thereof,in absolixt,e title.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE COi?SI ERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of
<br />the provisions of the last will and testament of James Nicholson,deceased,the above mentioned
<br />and described real estate did pass and descend in the manner following,:
<br />To Clara Nicholson McKeand,Lot 6 in Block 16 in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,to her and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />To William Nicholson,an undivided one - sixteenth part of Lot 2 in Block 17 in the Original Town,.
<br />now City of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />To Jessie Nicholson Gidings,an undivided fide- sixteenths part of said Lot 2 in Block 17 in the
<br />Original Town,now City of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />To John Nicholson,an undivided five - sixteenths part of said Lot 2 in Block 17 in the Original
<br />Town,now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and
<br />To James Nicholson an undivided five - sixteenths of said Lot 2 in Block 17 in the Original town
<br />now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,all in Hall County,Nebraska,to be theirsin absolute title,and
<br />said property is awarded to them.
<br />After deducting the Executor's commission of $100.00 and deducting $3.00 .for the expense
<br />of recording the will and final decree in the office of the Registar of Deeds,said Executor will
<br />distribute the remainder now in his hands in the manner following:
<br />One sixteenth part thereof to William Nicholson,
<br />Five- sixteenth part thereof to Jessie Nicholson Gidings
<br />Five sixteenth part thereof to James Nicholson and
<br />Five sixteenth part thereof to John Nicholson and
<br />filed the receipts of these residuary legatees in this office.

<br />mind and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
<br />Testa.mett:
<br />FIRST:I desire that all my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral be paid
<br />out of my estate.
<br />SECOND: To my daughters Margaret richolson Cosh and Annie Nicholson Tirrel I give and bequeath
<br />One Dollar each,m6,king in all $2.00.
<br />THIRD; To my daughter Clara Nicholson McKeand I give, devise and bequeath Lot Six (6) in Block
<br />Sixteen (16) of H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,together
<br />with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging,and also,all the furniture contained in the
<br />dwelling house thereon at the time of my decease.
<br />FOURTH:Of all the rest and residue of my estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found,I
<br />give,devise and bequeath,to my son William Nicholson one sixteenths (1/16) thereof and to each
