<br />north one - fourth of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter,and that part of the north
<br />west quarter of the northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter lying,
<br />south of the right -of -way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company,all in Section 5,Township
<br />10 North,Range 10 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,passes by absolute title to
<br />Benjamin CiMcldaster,Jr.,and Grace M.Rumbarger,son and daughter of said deceased,as residuary
<br />devisees under the last will and testament of said deceased,sha.re and share alike,and distribu,
<br />tion thereof is hereby accordingly made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that of the personal estate of the said Benjamin
<br />C. Mc ta.ster,deceased, remaining in the hands of said executor,that $1707.10 passes by absolute
<br />title to 1Iianda McMaster,surviving widow of said deceased,$1033.04 passes by absolute title to
<br />Benjamin C. McMaster,Jr. and $1033.0 - to Grace M.Rumbarger,rnd that the uncollected notes here -
<br />inbefore mentioned pass by absolute title to Benjamin C.McMaster,Jr.,and Grace M.Rumbarger,share
<br />and share alike,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
