<br />of the last will and testament of the said Benjamin C.McMaster,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that under #he terms and provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of the said Benjamin C.Mcldlaster,deceased,the sough thirty acres of the southwest quarter of the
<br />northeast quarter,the east half of the northeast quarter,the north one - fourth of the south -
<br />Brest quarter of the northeast quarter,and that part of the northwest quarter of the northeast
<br />quarter,and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter,lying south of the right -of -way
<br />of the Union Pacific Railroad Company,all in Section 5,Township 10 North,Range 10 West of the
<br />6th P. M. ,in Hall County,Nebraska,passes by absolute title to Benjamin C. McMaster,Jr. ,and Grace
<br />M.Rumbarger,son and daughter of said deceased,as residuary devisees under his last will and
<br />testament,share and share aline.
<br />The Court further finds that the note and mortgage of Robert Franz for $300,the note of
<br />L. H. Denman for $150,and the note of M. H. O' Malley for $150,belonging to the estate of said
<br />deceased,and uncollected by said executor,pass by absolute title to said Benjamin C.McMaster,
<br />Jr. ,and Grace M. Rumbarger,as residuary legatees under the will of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />I.R.Alter as executor of the last will and tedtament of the said Benjamin C.MeMaster,deceased,
<br />be,and the same hereby is,approved and allowed in all things as and for his final report herein
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate,if any such there be,and not filed within the time heretofore limited by
<br />the Court,are forever enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Benjamin C. Mclia.ster,deeeased,Mianda McMaster,his
<br />surviving widow,takes a life estate in the northeast quarter of Section 29,Township -11 North,
<br />Range 10 West,in Hall County,Nebraska,and upon the death of the said Mianda McMaster,Benjamin
<br />C.McMaster,Jr.,takes alife estate in the west half of the northeast quarter of said Section
<br />29,without power in the said Benjamin C. McMaster,Jr. ,to sell,alienate,assign,or incumber the
<br />same,and no debts or obligations contracted by him shall create a lien thereon,and the title
<br />to said west half of the northeast quarter of said Section 29,upon the death of the said Benja
<br />min C. McMaster,Jr. ,gasses by absolute title as provided by the terms of the last will and testa -1
<br />ment of the said Benjamin C. Mc Master,deceased,and upon the death of the said Mianda McMaster,
<br />Grace M.Rumbarger,a daughter of said Benjamin C.McMaster,deceased,takes alife estate in the
<br />east half of the northeast quarter of said Section 29,without power in the said Grace M.Rumbarg
<br />to sell,alienate,assign,or incumber the same,and no debts or obligations contracted by her shal
<br />create a lien thereon,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Benjamin C. McMaster,deceased,Benjamin C. McMaster,
<br />Junior,takes a life estate in the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 21,in
<br />Township 11 North,Range 10 West,in Hall County,Nebraska,without power in the said Benjamin C.
<br />McMaster,Jr.,to sell, alienate, or incumb er the same,and no debts or obligations contracted by
<br />him shall create a lien thereon,and upon the death of the said Benjamin C.McMaster,Jr.t_.the
<br />title to the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 21 passes by absolute
<br />title as provided by the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased,
<br />Benjamin C.McMaster,and Grace !A.Rumbarger,a daughter,of said deceased,takes w
<br />w ife estate in
<br />the northest quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 21,ik Township 11,North,Ra7-ge
<br />10 Westin Hall County,Nebraska,without power in the said Grace M.Rumbarger to sell,alienate
<br />assignor incumber the same;and no debts or obligations contracted by her shall create alien
<br />thereon,and upon the death of the said Grace M.Rumbarger the same passes by absolute title as
