<br />estate to commence at my death and continue during the natural life of my said daughter,in the
<br />North -hest Quarter (N -,;) of the North Test Quarter (NW1) of Section Twenty -one (21) in To
<br />Eleven (11) North,Range Number Ten (10) West,in Hail County,Nebraska,And I direct that said
<br />life estate and interest in said lands hereby given to my said daughter,shall become operative
<br />and vest in her as to the East half of the North -East Quarter of said Section Twenty -nine (29)
<br />in Township Eleven,North of Range Ten West,from the date of the death of my said wife,Mianda
<br />McMaster,a.n d as to the North Nest Quarter of the North Nest Quarter of said Section Twenty -one
<br />in Township Eleven North,Range Ten West,from the date of my death,a.nd that she shall have
<br />rents,issues and profits therefrom, during the remainder of her life,without power of sale,
<br />alienation,a.ssignment,or inctunbra.nce,in any form,either by herself,or through execution,nor
<br />shall any debts or obligations contracted by her be liens thereon, nor subject the same to
<br />sale or disposition. The purpose being to give her,a.lone,the use of said lands for the terms
<br />herein specified.
<br />If my said daughter,Grace M.Rumbarger,should die leaving issue or descendants,the remainder
<br />in fee of said lands shall pass and descend to them as provided by the laws of descent of the
<br />State of Nebra.ska,at the time of her death. In case of her dying without issue or descendants,
<br />then the remainder in fee of said lands shall pass to her next of kin,a.s provided by the Laws
<br />of descent of the State of Nebraska,then in force.In no event shall this clause of my Will be
<br />construed as giving my da.ughter,Grace Ir. Rurpbarger,a greater estate in said lands than for her
<br />lifetime,and to commence as hereinbefore provid_ed,nor be a limitation on the right of her
<br />iss,gxe or next of kin to take the remainder in fee after her death.

<br />I give and bequeath to my steb- g rand- da.ughter, Mil dred Ida Ellis the sum of Three Thousand
<br />Dollars ($3000.00) to be paid to her by my said Executor hereinafter named within One year
<br />after my decease with interest at the rate of Six per cent per annum from the date of my decease
<br />Seventh.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever
<br />nature,to my said son,Benjarrnin C. Mc Master,Junior,and my said daughter,Grace M. Rumba.rger,share
<br />and share alike.
<br />Eighth.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint Isaac R.Alter,at present Cashier of the First National Bank
<br />of Grand Isla.nd,Nebra.ska,Executor of this My Last Will and Testament.
<br />Ninth.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former 'Mills by me made.
