<br />� Deed of Trust dated July 9, 1993,executed by Lloyd M.Marshalek and Sharon R.Marshalek, �._
<br />� husband and wife,in which Five Points Bank is named as Bene�ciary,and the undersigned as Trustee, d
<br />� which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as 4�
<br />� Document#93-106138 on the 21 st day of July, 1993,and
<br /> WHEREAS,said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:

<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,

<br /> entided thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
