<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Benjamin C.MeMaster,of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound and disposing memory,do make,
<br />and publish this,My Last Will and Testament,in the manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid out of my
<br />personal estate.
<br />Second.
<br />I give and devise to my beloved wife,Mianda McMaster,the North -East Quarter (NE +) of Section
<br />Number Twenty -nine (29) in Township Number Eleven (11) North,Range Number Ten (10) West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian,in Hall County,Nebraska,to have and to hold the same,together with
<br />the rents,issues and profits arising therefrom,for and during the period of her natural life.
<br />Thi rd.
<br />I give and bequeath to my said wife,Mianda McMa.ster,all my household furniture,and one -third
<br />of all other personal property owned by me at the time of my death.
<br />Fourth.
<br />Subject to the life estate therein given to my said wife,Mianda McMaster,as set forth in the;
<br />Second paragraph of this Wi11,I give and devise to my son Benjamin C.McMaster,Junior,an estate
<br />to commence at the death of my said wife,and to continue during the natural life of my said
<br />son,Benjamin C.McMaster,Junior,in the West Half (72) of the North East Quarter (NEJ) of Section
<br />Number Twenty -nine (29) in Township Number Eleven (11) North of Range Number Ten (10),West,
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,and an estate to commence at my death and to continue during the natural
<br />life of my said son,Benjamin C.Mc Master,Junior,in the South -west Quarter (SW-4L) of the North
<br />West Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Number Eleven (11) North,Range Number
<br />Ten (10) West,in Hall County,Nebraska.And I direct that said Life Estate and interest in said
<br />Witnesses

<br />lands hereby given to my said son,Benjamin C.IIc- ndaster,Junior,shall become operative and vest
<br />in him as to the West Half of the North East Quarter of said Section Twenty -nine in Township
<br />Eleven,North of ?range Ten,West,from the date of the death of my said wife,Mianda McMa.ster,and
<br />as to the South West Quarter of the North "Pest Quarter of said Section Twenty -One in Township
<br />Eleven,North,Range Ten West,from the date of my death,and that he shall have the rents,issues
<br />and profits therefrom,during the remainder of his life,without power of sale,alienation,assign -
<br />ment,or encumbrance,in any form,either by himself,or - through execution,nor shall any debts or
<br />obligations contracted by him he liens thereon nor subject the same to sale or disposition.The
<br />purpose being to give him,alone,the use of said lands for the terms herein specified.
<br />If my said son,Benjamin C.McMaster,Junior,should die leaving issue or descendants,the rema
<br />er in fee to said lands shall pass and descend to them as provided by the laws of descent of
<br />the State of Nebraska,in force at the time of his death.In case of the death.of the said Benjam
<br />C.McMaster,Junior,without issue or descendants living at the time of his death,then the rema
<br />er in fee to said lands shall pass and descend to his next of kin as provided by the laws of
<br />descent of the State of Nebraska at the time of hi,5 death. In no event shall this clause of my
<br />Will be construed as giving to my said son,Benjamin C.Mc.Aaster,Junior,a greater estate in said
<br />lands than for his lifetime,and to commence as hereinbefore provided,nor be a limitation upon
<br />the right of his issue or next of kin,to take the re,nainder in fee after his death.
<br />Fifth.
<br />Subject to the life estate therein given to my said wife,'.Uanda 'Ac1Aaster,as set forth in the
