M Mw <br />2572- Xlopp Printing, -Co., Omaha <br />that the inheritance tax in the sum of $597.68 has been paid to the County Treasurer of Hall <br />County,Nebraska,and receipt filed therefor. <br />The court further finds that said estate was subject to inheritance tax under the laws of <br />the United States and that the said inheritance tax in the sum of $500-00 has been paid to <br />the Collector of Internal Revenue at Omaha,Nebraska,and the receipt of the Administrator for <br />the payment of said $500-00 has been filed in this court. <br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that the Administrator make dis- <br />c <br />tribution of the balance on hand and of the personal property to the heirs entitled to the <br />same as set forth in this decree and upon making distribution thereof and filing the receipt <br />of the heirs for the distributive share,that the AdministratorFrank E.Oastle be discharged <br />and his bond released. <br />J.
