<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. "
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />HENRY W.CASTLE,DECEASED. ) Now on this 28th day of November,1924, this cause came on
<br />to be heard upon the final report of Frank E.Castle,administrator of the estate of Henry W.
<br />Castle,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file that
<br />notice as required by law and by order of the Court was given =o all persons interested in the
<br />estate of said deceased of the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final sett-
<br />lement of said estate,by publication,and that no one has appeared to object to or protest
<br />against the allowance of said report.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said Administrator has fully accounted for all
<br />property coming into his hands and that his report is correct in every respect and ought
<br />to be approved;that he has received from all sources the sum of $7,524.28,and has paid out
<br />and distributed the sum of $6,701.54,leaving in his hands for distribution the sum of $922.74
<br />THE COURT FINDS that due and legalnotice was given to all creditors of said deceased as
<br />to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased
<br />and that the time thus allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired and
<br />that all claims outstanding against said deceased or his estate,if any such exist,are there-
<br />fore,forever barred and excluded;that all claims filed and allowed against Laid estate have
<br />been fully paid and satisfied.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that said Henry W.Castle departed this life on the 31st day of October,1923,
<br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that he died intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the
<br />following named ,persom
