<br />WALL AND CERTIFICATE AND F?NAL DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I,William S. Bellows of Cairo in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and men
<br />ory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore, make, ordain,
<br />publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testamenit:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafternamed,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND.After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and beaqueath unto
<br />my beloved wife,Louisa J.Bellows,all of the remainder of my property,personal or real,for her
<br />use duting her natural lifetime.
<br />Upon her death,any property remaining shall be equally divided between my t-wo Foster children,
<br />Mary Etta Heater and Harry Pond Bellows,after first having placed in trust for my grandson,
<br />Gilbert M. Bellows,the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars,the same to be paid to him at the time of
<br />his reaching his Twenty -first birthday,the said money to be placed under the care of his mother,
<br />Iva Bellows,to be held by her in trust,she to act in such capacity without bond.
<br />However,should I survive my said wife,then and in that case the remaining property shall be
<br />divided between the said Mary Etta Heater,Harry Pond Bellows and Gilbert M.Bellows in the mann-
<br />er as provided in the foregoing paragraph.
<br />LISTLY,I make,constitute and appoint my said foster son,Harry Pond Bellows,to be Executor of thi
<br />my last Will and Testament,hereb y revoking all former Willa by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 240 day of January
<br />in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred Twenty.

<br />ator William S.Bellors to be his last Will and Testament,in the presence of us who at his re-
<br />quest have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in thepresence of each
<br />other.

<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do
<br />hereby certify that on the 2nd day of November 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of William S. Bellows,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on
<br />the 1st "day of December 1923,iaid instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of
<br />said William S. Bellows, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS W- HEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this
