<br />Town,now City,of Grand Isla.nd,in Hall County,Nebraska,passed and descended,under the terms and
<br />provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased,to Evelyn A. Ryan,Jr. ,daughter of
<br />said deceased,by absolute title,but without the power in the said Evelyn A.Ryan,Jr.,under any
<br />conditions or circumstances, to sell, convey,incumber, alienate Ior in any manner dispose of Said
<br />real estate,or any part thereof,ox subject the same to sale on execution or any other process,
<br />or to create any lien upon or against the same until the said Evelyn A.Ryan,Jr.,reaches the
<br />age of forty years,when said above limitations and restrictions as to sale,alienation,and
<br />incumbrances,shall be removed and cease to exist,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly
<br />made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under the terms and provisions of the last
<br />will and testament of said deceased,Lot 7 in Block 56,of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Is-
<br />land,in Hall County Nebraska spas sed and descended,under the residuary clause of the will of
<br />said deceased,by, absolute title,to Evelyn A.Ryan,surviving widow of said deceased,and distri-
<br />bution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that anV other real estate of which
<br />the said deceased died the owner,other than that hereihbefore described,passed and descended,
<br />under the residuary clause of the will of said deceased,to Evelyn A.Ryan,surviving widow of
<br />said deceased,b y absolute title,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
