1 <br />1 <br />n <br />C <br />No. 3, HALL COUNTY - <br />2872 —Kiopp Printing-Co., Omaha <br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,that no claims have been filed against <br />said estate,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are <br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Executrices have <br />paid all the debts against said estate, <br />the funeral expenses of said deceased,all inheritance taxes due from said estate,the Federal <br />estate tax due from said estate,and all cf the special bequests contained in the last will <br />and testament of said deceased,the costs of this proceeding,and have paid over to Evelyn A. <br />Ryan,surviving widow of said deceased,all the rest and residue of said estate,and nothing <br />further remains in the hands of said Executrices belonging to said estate,and that said <br />Executrices ought to be discharged and said estate settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that the said Charles G. Ryan died seized as the owner by fee simple <br />title of the west 48 feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2),in Block Seventeen (17),in Hanscom Park, <br />an Addition to the city of Omaha,in Douglas County,Nebraska,and that by the terms of the last <br />will and testament of the said Charles G.Ryan,deceased,the above described real estate passed <br />and descended,to Eliza A. Murphy,mother -in -law of said deceased,during her natural life,and the <br />remainder over after the death of the said Eliza A.Murphy,passed and descended to Evelyn A. <br />Ryan,surviving widow of said deceased,. <br />The Court further finds that the said Charles G.Ryan died seized as the owner by fee simple <br />title of the southerly half of Lot Four (4) and the westerly one,�half of the southerly one -half <br />of Lot Three (3),all in Block Fifty -five (55),of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island, <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament <br />of the said Charles G. Ryan, deceased, the same passed and descenddd,by absolute title,to Evelyn <br />A.Ryan,Jr.,daughter of said deceased,without power to sell ,convey,incumber,alienate,or in any <br />manner dispose of the same,or to make the same subject to sale on execution or any process,nor <br />f to make any debts created liy the said Evelyn A. Ryan,Jr. ,a lien upon or against said premises, <br />until she arrives at the age of forty years,when the said above limitations and restrictions <br />as to sale,alienation,and incumbrance,shall be removed and cease to exist. <br />The Court further finds that the said Charles G.Ryan,died seized as owner by feesimple <br />title absolute of Lot Seven (7),in Block Fifty -six (56),of the Original Town,now City,of <br />Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will <br />and testament of the said Charles G.Ryan,deceased,the some passed,by 4beolute title to Evelyn <br />A.Ryan,surviving widow of said deceased,under the residuary clause of the last will and testa- <br />ment of the said Charles G. Ryan,deceased. <br />The Court further finds that all of the personal estate of the said Charles G. Ryan, deceased, <br />aside from the special legacies in the last will and testament of said deceased,passed,by ab- <br />solute title,to Evelyn A.Ryan,surviving widow of deceased,as residuary legatee under the will <br />of said deceased. <br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that thefinal report of the said <br />Evelyn A. Ryan and R. R. Horth,a.s Executrices of the last will and testament of the sdd Charles <br />G.Ryan,deceased,be,and the same hereby is,in all things approved and allowed as and for the <br />final report of said Executrices,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrices <br />discharged. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADSUMD AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the:,terms and provisions <br />of the last will and testament of said deceased,the west 48 feet of Lots 1 and 2,in Block 17, <br />in Hanscom Park Place,an addition to the city of Omaha,in Douglas County, Nebraska, passed and <br />descended to Eliza A.Murphy,mother -in -law of said deceased,for the period of her natural life, <br />and that the remainder over of said real estate after the death of the said Eliza A.
