<br />I, J. H. Mull in, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby
<br />certify that on the 1st day of August 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Charles G.Ryan,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 27th day
<br />of August 1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles G.
<br />Ryan,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 31st day of December,1924,this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of Evelyn A.Ryan and R.R.Horth,Executrices of the last will
<br />and testament of Charlis G.Ryan,deceased,and upon their petition for the settlement of said
<br />estate and their discharge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being
<br />fully advised in the premisee,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report.
<br />And the Court,having examined said report,together with the vouchers on file,and no one
<br />appearing to object to said report,and the Court being fully advised in the premises,finds
<br />t#at said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be allowed and
<br />approved as and for the final report of said Exeeutrices,said estate settled and closed and
<br />said Executrices discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legalnotice has been given to all persons of the time
