<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.,
<br />JOHN BUHLKE,DECEASED, I Now on this 29th day of November,1924,this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of Anna C.Buhlke,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />John Buhlke,deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on
<br />file that notice was given as required by law,to all persons interested in the estate of said
<br />deceased,of the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said
<br />estate,and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of said
<br />report.
<br />After a full examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects
<br />and ought to be allowed,and that said executrix has accounted for all of the estate of said de-
<br />ceased which came into her hands or under her eontrol;that said executrix has paid the special
<br />legacies as provided in said last will and testament,has paid the funeral expenses,the expenses
<br />of the last sickness,taxes,and the expense of administration and that there remains no personal
<br />property in her possession belonging to said estate,and that her report is correct in all re-
<br />spects.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice was given as by law required,to all creditors of said deceased,
<br />as to the time allowed and glace appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased
<br />and that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate,have been fully paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said deceased or his estate,if any such exist,are therefore,forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting.up any claims or demands against the estate of John Buhlke,deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that the report of the executrix be and the sane
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust.,
<br />THE COURT FINDS THAT the said John Buhlke departed this life on the 5th day of June,1923,
<br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall Count y,Nebraska,and that
<br />he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to pro-
<br />bate in this Court on the 7th day of July,1923 and entered of record in this office.
<br />The court further finds that the said John Buhlke died seized of the following Property,to -!
<br />wit: One (1) share of stock in the Burwell Butter Factory of Burwell,Nebraska; One (1) certifi -•
<br />cate of deposit in the Farmers State Bank of Burwell,Nebraska,in the sum of $500.00; One (1)
<br />Certificate of Deposit in the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska,in the
<br />sum of $1000.00;One (1) note of John 4uinn,Burwell,Nebraska,secured by mortgage on Lots 1,20,;
<br />4.5,6,in Block 3,Penfield's Addition to Burwell,Garfield County,Nebraska,recorded in Book 16,
<br />Page 2 of Mortgages,amounting to $2300.00; One (1) note of R. G. Hall, secured by mortgage on the
<br />EJ of Section 7,Township 22,North,Range 15,Nest,Garfield County,Nebraska,Book 14,Page 603,of
<br />Mortgages,amounting to $17`;000. and that under and by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will axt
<br />Testament,the said above describe ,erty,certificates of deposit and notes and real estate
<br />mortgages,did pass to and become the property of Anna C.Buhlke,widow and residuary legatee
<br />under said Will.
<br />The court further finds that the said John Buhlke,died seized in fee of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: Lot One (1) in
<br />Block Twenty -six (26) in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that under and by virtue of the provisions of said Will and Testament,said real
<br />estate did pass to and become the property of Anna C.Buhlke,widow and residuary legatee under
<br />said will.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all of the right,title and
