I,John Buhlke of the County of Garfield and state of Nebraska, realizing the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory,blessed be God for the sam e,do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form that is to say: FIRST.I direct that the expenses indi dent to my last sickness and burial as well as any other debts I may be owing at the time of my decease,be paid our of the proceeds of my personal es- tate;if that be insufficient for such purpose I direct that so much of my real estate as may be required be sold for the payment of such claims against my estate. Second. To my son Julius Buhlke I give and bequeath the sum of S200.to be paid by my executrix hereinafter named on or before theexpiration of six months from the date of my death. Third. To my son August H. Buhlke I give and bequeath the sum of $200. to be paid in like time and manner as set forth in the second paragraph herein. Fouirth_ To my son John H.Buhlke I give and bequeath the sum of $200.to be paid in like time and manner as set forth in the two preceding patagraphs herein. Fifth. To my daughters Bertha Nelson,Ella Cline,Emma Asplund and Anna Buhlke I give and bequeath the sum of $100.each to be paid by my executrix on or before the expiration of six months from the date of my death; Sixth,._ To my wife AnnaCXuhlke,I give and bequeath all of the residue of my property both person - al and real in fee simple title,after the payment of the expenses and bequests herein above set forth. Seventh. I hereby appoint my wife Anna C. Buhlke as executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all prior wills made by me. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of February A.D.1918. John Buhlke. We,whose names are subscribed hereto,hereby certify,that John Buhlke the testator,subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us,and declared at the same time in our presence and hearing that this instrument was his last will and testament, and we at his request sign our names hereto in his presence as attesting witnesses. Present J. H. Mullin,County Judge. I, J.H. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 9" day of June 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testa.- ment of John Buhlke,deoeased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7" day of July, 1923,said instrument to which this certifidate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John Buhlke,deoeased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
