I appoint my friend Henry Potter executor of this will an dprovide that he need give no bond. All my personal property after payment of my just debts I give to my wife Wilhelmine Rabe to be: her own forever. . In addition thereto I give my wife Lot two (2) in Block Thirty four (34) in Original town now City of Grand Island Nebr.for the term of her natural life.My said friend Henry Potter shall have his home on said premises so long as he may life. At the death of my wife said real estate shall go to my grand son Frank Gustave Grosch and to hts heirs forever, smb j ect to the rights herein given to said Henry Potter. In addition to what I have given my wife I hereby give and devise unto her for the term of her natural life lots seven (7) and eight (S) in Block Thirty -four (3 4) in original town,now City of Grand Island Nebraska subject howeter to a half interest therein which I hereby give said Henry Potter,said Potter shall have and hold said half interest in said premises for and during his natural life. In the event that said Henry Potter should die before said Wilhilmine Rabe then she shall have the full use,rents and income from said premises so long as she may live.In the event that she may die before said Henry Potter then one half of said rents and income shallgo to my daughter Helene (xroseh until said Henry Potter has also died. W# en said Wilhelmine Rabe and said Henry Potter have died said lots seven and eight shall go as follows,towit,to my said daughter Helene Grosch one half thereof to my grandchildren Frank s Gustave Grosch,Arthur Grosch and Meta Grosch one half thereof,that is to say said grand children shall each take an undivided one sixth interest in and to said lots and to their respective heirs forever. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 9" day of May 1924,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Frank Rabe,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 7th day of June,1924, said instrument to whichthis certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Frank Rabe,d.eceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
