<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AM'EN.
<br />I,Henry Harry,of Grand Island,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this ffail and transitory life,do therefore
<br />make,ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such fungal expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife,Bertha Harry,all of my property,real,personal,or mixed,which I now have or
<br />may hereafter acquire and die seized of, to have and to hold to her and her heirs forever.
<br />LASTLY,I Make,constitute and appoint my wife Bertha Harry to be Executrix of this my last

<br />Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made,
<br />IN WITNESS VHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 3rd day of
<br />July,1920 in the year of our Lord,one thousandnine hundred Twenty.

<br />1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry Harry,deceased,
