H,`Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />Franziska Mueller,deceased. Now on this 8th day of November,1924,this cause came on <br />for hearing upon the final report of Clara Mueller,executrix of the last will and testament of <br />Franziska Mueller,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proof now <br />bn file that notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested in the estate <br />of said deceased by publication and that no one has appeared to protest against the allowance <br />of said report. <br />On examination thereof the court finds that said executrix has fully accounted for all of the <br />estate of said deceased which came into her possession or under her control and that her report <br />is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed;that she has receitbed from all <br />sources the sum of $3973.00 and has paid out and distributed the sul* of $3973.00,leving in her <br />hands no money or other property belonging to said estate.The court finds that said executrix <br />has paid all legacies under the will as well as the expenses of administration.ifuneral charges <br />and expenses of the last sickness and that she has turner over to herself as legatee the unpaid <br />notes listed in the inventory. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that said report be allowed as and for the final account <br />of said executrix. <br />The court fends that notice has been given to all creditors of said deceased of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that the time so allowed <br />as fully expired;that all claims outstanding against said deceased,if any such exist,are therefore., <br />forever barred and excluded;that all claims filed and allowed have been paid. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims against the estate of Franziska Mueller,deceased. <br />The court finds that the said Franziska Mueller,departed this life on the 2nd day of December, <br />1923,that she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left a <br />last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this <br />court on the 5th day of January,1924,and recorded in this office. <br />The court finds that the said Franziska Mueller died seized of the following described real <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and state of Nebraska, to-wit: Fractional Lots 2 and 3 in <br />Block 111 Railroad Addition to Grand Island and Fractional Lots 2 and 3 in Block 17 in Rollins <br />Addition to Grand Island,and that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and <br />testament all of said real estate did pass and descend at her death to Clara Mueller,her daughter, <br />and to her heirs and assigns forever. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all of the right,title and interest of Franziska <br />Mueller in and to the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death, <br />under the provisions of her last will and testament,to Clara Mueller and the court awards it to her. <br />J.
