<br />To Florence Remey,a step- grand - daughter of said deceased, 19.02
<br />and that each of said legatees has receipted to the said Executor in full for all demands due to
<br />him or her,as the case may be,in and to the personal property of the said deceased,and the entire
<br />sum of $1145.41 so coming into #ahe hands of said Executor has been paid out.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED that said payments so made by said executor are approved and allowed
<br />and said Executor is credited with the payment of such amounts.
<br />The Court finds that the estate is subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the state
<br />of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said William S.Shultz departed this life on the 11th day of November,
<br />1921,leaving a last will and testament,which was admitted to probate on the 17th day of December,
<br />1921.
<br />The Court finds that said William S.Shultz,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate,situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: The north half
<br />of the southeast quarter of Section Fourteen (14),in Township Nine (9) North of Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M.;that by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said William
<br />S. Shultz, deceased, the above described real estate of which the deceased died seized. passed and des-
<br />cend44on his death,in the manner following:
<br />To Florence M.Lewis,an undivided 1 /14th interest,
<br />To Mary Eliza, Shultz,a. 3 /14ths undivided interest,
<br />To Laura Di7kie,a 3 /14ths - undivided interest,
<br />To Charles S.Shultz,a 2 /14ths undivided interest,
<br />To William W.Shultz,a 4 /14ths undivided interest,
<br />To George House,a son of Florinda House,deceased,a 1 /70th undivided interest-,
<br />To Ernest House,a son of Florinda House,deceased,a 1 /70th undivided interest,
<br />To Oscar House,a son of Florinda House,d.eceased,a 1 /70th undivided interest,
<br />To Henry House,son of Florinda House,deceased,a 1 /70th undivided interest,
<br />To Florence Remey,daughter,of Florinda House,deceased,a 1 /70th undivided interest each of the
<br />above mentioned taking his or her respective shares under the last will and testament of the said
<br />William S.8hultz,and all holding as tenants.in common.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of the last will
<br />and testament of the said Williams S. Shultz, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore mentioned,to-
<br />wit: the north half of the southeast quarter of Section 14,in Township 9 North,Range 9,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,did descen d,at the death of the said William S.Shultz,to the devisees hereinbefore
<br />mentioned,in manner and form following,to -wit:
