<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

<br />WILLIAM S SHULTZ
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD , Al EN.
<br />I,William S.Shultz,of Doniphan,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mine,memory and understand -
<br />ing,considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous
<br />to settle my wordly affairs,and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall
<br />please the Almight to call me hence,do therefore make and publish this my last Will and Testament
<br />hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made,in manner and form following,that is
<br />to say:
<br />FIRST,an d principally,I commit my soul into thehands of Almight God,and my body to the earth,
<br />to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named;and my Will is,that all
<br />my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by me Executor hereinafter named as soon after
<br />my decease as shall be convenient;
<br />SECOND,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloveth step- daughters Florence M.Lewis,one- fourteenth
<br />(1/14) interest to Florinda House,also one - fourteenth (1/14) interest unto my beloved daughter
<br />Mary Eliza Sht,ltZ "Itcompet-ent" Three- fourteenths (3/14) interest,unto my beloveth daughter
<br />Laura Dilkey -nee Shultz Three - Fourteenths (3/14) interest, unto my beloved son Charles S.Shultz,
<br />Two - Fourteenths (2/14) interest,unto my beloveth son William W.Shultz Four- Fourteenths (4/14)
<br />interest in and to the North -half (NJ) of the Southeast (SE4) of Section Fourteen (14) in Township
<br />Nine (9) North,Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M.Hall County,Nebraskar -That my request that
<br />the said Eighty acres shall be immediately sold after my demise and the division of the proceeds
<br />are to be divided in proportion above,given,devise and bequeathed.
<br />It is my request that my beloveth son William IN.Shultz be appointed as guardian of my daughter
<br />Mary Eliza Shultz "Incompetent"
<br />It is further by me requested that my son William W.Shultz,who is hereinafter named as
<br />Executor,shall be duty bound to accept the fee stipulated by law,for executing such service.
<br />THIRD,All the rest and residue of my estate,both real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and
<br />bequeath to my beloveth children,six in number,hereintofore mentioned,to them and their heirs
<br />and assigns forever,share and share alike,as tenants in common.
<br />AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my beloveth son William W.Shultz Exe-
<br />cutor of this my last Will and Testament,an d I desire that my Executor hereinbefore named shall
<br />not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of the duties of that office.
