<br />of the same and use all that is necessary of the principal to insure a comfortable living.
<br />After the death of the said Della Ward the remainder thereof to be ,'_divided equally between
<br />the legalheirs of the said Albert Ward and the legal heirs of the said Della Ward,his wife.
<br />That by the provisions of said last Will and Testament of the said Albert Ward,deceased,
<br />the said Lot 13 in Block 1 of Burger's Addition to the Village of Doniphan,Hall County,Neb-
<br />raska,did pass and descend to Florence Brittian,a surviving sister of said deceased and to
<br />Mamie Treat,a surviving sister of said deceased,as tenants in common,each taking an undivided
<br />one -half interest therein.
<br />It is,therefore,00nsidered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last
<br />Will and Testament of the said Albert Ward,deceased,all of the above mentioned real estate did
<br />descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of Section 12 in Township 9 North,Range 10 West of the 6 P.M.,in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,to Della Ward,wife of said deceased,she to have the full use and enjoyment
<br />j yment
<br />of the same during her life time with full power to sell and change the character of the same
<br />and use all that is necessary of the principal to insure her a comfortable living.On the death
<br />of the said Della Ward,wife of said deceased,the remainder thereof to be divided equally be-
<br />tween the legalheirs of the said Albert Ward and the legalheirs of the said Della Ward -Lot
<br />13 in Block 1 of Burger's Addition to the Village of Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,to Florence
<br />Brittian and Mamie Treat,sisters of said deceased as tenants in common,each taking an undivided
<br />one -half interest therein.
<br />The Court further finds that the within estate is not subject to any Inheritance tax under
<br />the laws of the the State of Nebraska.
