WRLL AND DECREE RECORD <br />Now on this 29th day of November,1924,this cause came on to be heard on the Final Report of <br />Mamie Treat,Administratrix with the Will annexed of the last Will and Testament of Albert Ward, <br />deceased,and it appearing to the Court from the proof on file that notice has been given to all <br />persons interested in said estate of the filing of said report,as required by law and by the <br />order of this Court,and it further appearing to the Court,after a full a xamination,that the <br />account exhibited by said Administratrix with the Will annexed is correct in all things and <br />ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Administratrix with the <br />Will annexed has accounted for all of said estate which has come into her hands,•it is <br />THEREFORE,ORDEOED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Mamie Treat,Admin':stratrix <br />with the Will annexed of the last Will and Testament of the said Albert Ward, deceased, be and <br />the same is approved and for her final report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner <br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said de- <br />ceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired ;that all claims filed and <br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of said <br />deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding <br />claims against said estate, not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is,therefore,ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Albert Ward,deceased, <br />and that such is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Albert Ward departed this lif e,being 56 years of age,on the <br />23" day of February,1924,in the County of Orange and State of California,being at the time a <br />resident of the County of Or range and State of California. <br />The Court finds that the said Albert Ward left a last will and Testament bearing date the 29" <br />day of December ,1923,which said last Will and Testament,was,on the 29" day of March,1924,duly <br />proven,allowed and admitted to probate as and for the last Will and Testament of the said Albert <br />Ward,deceased,and Letters Testamentary issued therein to Della Ward in the Superior Court in <br />and for Orange County,Ca.lifornia,the Superior Court being the Court inthe State of California <br />having jurisdiction of the probate of Wills and ddministration of the estates of deceased persons <br />in the State of California and the Superior. Court of Orange County,California,being the Court <br />'having original jurisdiction in the matter of the allowance and probate of the last Will and <br />Testament of the said Albert Ward,deceased. <br />The Court finds that the said Albert Ward died,seized as the owner in fee simple of the <br />following described real estate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: <br />The Northwest Quarter of Section Twelve (12) in Township Nine (9) North,Range Ten (10) <br />West 6 P. M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />Lot Thirteen (13) in Block One (1) of Burger's Addition to the Village of Doniphan,Hall <br />County,Nebra.ska, <br />The Court finds that the last Will and Testament of the said Albert Ward, deceased, operates <br />upon said above described real estate. <br />That said last Will and Testament was by this Court on the 4" day of June,1924,alloaed and <br />admitted to probate. <br />The Court finds that the said Albert Ward died,seized as the owner in fee simple of the <br />real estate hereinbefore described which,by the terms of said last Will and Testament was devised. <br />That by the provisions of the said last Will and Testament the said Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 12 in Township 9 North,Range 10 West 6 P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and des- <br />cend on the death of the said Albert Ward to his wife,Della Ward,she to have the full use and <br />enjoyment of the same during her life time with full power to sell and change the character <br />1 <br />i <br />1 <br />1 <br />
