<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,I,Albert Ward of Orange,State of California,of the age of 56 years,and
<br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress ,menace,fraud,or undue
<br />influence of any person whatever,do make,publish,and declare this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />in the manner following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath to my sisters, Florence and Mamie,my house and lot in
<br />Doniphan,Nebraska,share and share alike.
<br />SECONDLY:The remainder of my property,real and personal of every kind and description, where-
<br />ver situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Della Ward.My wife to have the full use and
<br />enjoyment of the same during her life time with full power to sell and change the charatt6r
<br />of the same and use all that is necessary of the principal to insure her a comfortable living.
<br />Upon her death the property that is left to be divided equally between my legal heirs and my
<br />said wife's legal heirs.
<br />LASTLY: I hereby nominate and appoint my wif e,Della Ward,the executrix of this my last Will
<br />and Testament,and direct no bonds be required of her,and hereby revoke all former wills by
<br />me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of December,in the
<br />year of our Lord nineteen hundred twenty - three.

<br />certify that on the 4th day of June 1924,the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Albert Ward,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 4th day
<br />of June 1924,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Albert
<br />Ward,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
