<br />The Court further finds that the said Peter Elliott died seized as the owner,by fee simple
<br />title,of the real estate hereinbefore described,and in addition thereto,the following described
<br />real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska to-wit: The north half of the
<br />northeast quarter of section Twenty -one (21)2the south half of the northeast quarter of section
<br />Twenty -one (21) the north half of the northwest quarter of Section Twenty -one (21) the east
<br />half of the southeast quarter of Section Sixteen (16),and the southwest quarter of the southwest
<br />quarter of Section Fifteen (15)2all in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Twelve (12) Test of
<br />the 6th P. IL
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament
<br />,of-the said Peter Elliott,deceased,the north half of the northeast quarter of Sejion 21,in
<br />Township 12 North,Ran ge 12 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,passed,by absolute-,_
<br />title,to Nelson M.Elliott,a son of said deceased,and that the south half
<br />of Section 212in Township 12 North,Range 12 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall
<br />by absolute title,to Sylvia D. Burry,a daughter of said deceased; that the
<br />west quarter of Section 21,in Township 12,North3,Range 12 West of the 6th
<br />Nebraska,passed,by absolute title,to Minnie M.Sherlock,a daughter of sai
<br />half of the southeast quarter of section 16,and the southwest quarter of
<br />of the northeast quarter
<br />County,Nebraska,passed

<br />P. M. , in Hall County,
<br />I deceased,and the east
<br />the southwest quarter
<br />of section 15,both in Township 12 North,Range 12 West in Hall County,Nebraska,passed,by absolute
<br />title,to Florence M.Dickerson,a daughter of said deceased.
<br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Grover C.Raven,as executor of the last will and testament of the said Peter Elliott,deceased,
<br />be,and the same hereby is,approved and allowed in all things,said estate is hereby settled and
<br />closed,said executor discharged,an d his bond as such released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDER,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estateof the said Peter Elliott,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded and
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY TH'E COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Peter Elliott, deceased, the north half of the north-
<br />east quarter of section 21,in Township 12 North,Range 12 West,in Hall County,Nebraska,passed,by
<br />absolute title,to Nelson M.Elliott,a son of said deceased;that the south half of the northeast
<br />quarter of Section 21,in Township 12 North,Range 12 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall Count y,Nebraska,
<br />passed,by absolute title,to Sylvia D.Burry,a daughter of said deceased;that the north half of the

<br />the east half of the southeast quarter of section 16,and the southwest quarter of the southwest`
<br />quarter of Section 15,both in Township 12 North,Range 12 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,passed,by absolute title,to Florence M.Dickerson,a daughter of said deceased,and dis-
<br />tribution of said real estate is hereby accordingly made.
