<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ��o
<br /> under the Deed of Trust dated March 29th, 1993, by Eugene H. Hoops and Nesle Hoops,
<br /> Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned
<br /> as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> as Document#93-102509 on the 5th day of April, 1993 and
<br /> - WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br /> of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> LOT THIRTEEN (13), KALLOS SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br /> Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br /> of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br /> or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
