SPILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Peter Elliott,of the village of Cairo,in
<br />sound mind and memory,considering the uncerta:
<br />my last will and testament,in manner and form
<br />First.I direct that my funeral ®harges,the

<br />the County of Hall,State of Nebra.ska,being of
<br />Lnty of this mortal life,do make and publish this
<br />following,that is to say:
<br />expenses of administering my estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient,I authorize my executor here -
<br />after named,to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose,hereby giving
<br />and granting unto my executor full and colplete authority,and this without first having made
<br />application to the Courts of this State.
<br />Second,I give and bequeath unto my son,Nelson M.E1liott,the North Half of the North East
<br />Quarter,of Section twenty -one (21),in Township Twelve (12),North,Range twelve (12),West,in the
<br />said County and State.
<br />Third. I give and bequeath unto my daughter,Sylvia D.Burry,the South Half of the North East
<br />Quarter,of Section twenty -one (2I),township twelve (12),North range twelve (12),West in the said
<br />County and State.
<br />Fourth. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Minnie X. Shetlo+r°k the North Half of the North
<br />Vest Quarter of section twenty -one (21),township twelve (12),North range twelve (12),West,in the
<br />said County and State.
<br />Fifth. I give and bequeath unto my daughter,Florence M. Dickerson,the East Half of the South
<br />east quarter of section Sixteen (16),and also the South West Quarter of the south best Quarter,of
<br />Section fifteen,(15),township twelve (12),North9range twelve (12),in the said County and State."
<br />Sixth.2 give and bequeath all of the residue of my estate to my children,Nelson M.Elliott,
<br />Sylvia D.Burry,Minnie M.Sherlock and Florence M.Dickerson,a.11 of the rent and residue of my
<br />estate,both real and personal or mixed,whether now owned by me,or hereafter acquired,share and
<br />share alike,a.s tenants in common.
<br />In case any one of my said children or more,shall die in my life time,leaving issue or des -
<br />cendants,I direct that this, or her share shall not lapse,whether such share shall be described
<br />in this paragraph or in a previous paragraph hereof,but that the same shall pass to,and become
<br />the property of such descendants of such respective desceased persons,in equal proportions.
<br />Seventh.I appoint my friend Grover Ravens,now of the said villiage of Cairo,Nebraska,executor
<br />of this my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
