<br />To this instrument is attached the certificate of probate required by law and the court finds
<br />that said will was duly proved and admitted to probate in this court on the 20th day of
<br />April,1908.
<br />The Court finds that the said John Devine was at the time of his death the owner of the foll-
<br />owing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraskq,to -wit:

<br />terms and provisions of the said Last Will
<br />cribed real estate did pass and descend at
<br />tor,upon the conditions named in said will
<br />widow of John Devine during her life,a.nd tl
<br />Section 34,Township 10,Range 12,a.nd that under the
<br />and Testament of John Devine all of said above des -
<br />his death to John William Devine,son of the testa -
<br />viz :that the devisee keep and provide for the
<br />iat he pay to Margaret Devine $600.00 upon reaching
<br />his majority;that he pay to Katie Devine $600.00 one year after reaching his majority and
<br />that he pay. to Anne-Devine $600.00 when the said Anna dhall reach the age of 21 years.

<br />bated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John
<br />Devine, deceased, and the same was ordefed to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
