<br />the will of said deceased,all of the personal estate of said deceased,received by the,and
<br />that said estate ought to be settled and closed and said executricies discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized as the owner by fee simpke title
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred Thirty -six (136) in Union Pacific Railroad Company's
<br />Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,also the following described real estate situated
<br />in the county of Howard and state of Nebraska, to-wit: Lots Five (5),Six (6),Seven (7) and
<br />Eight (8),in Block Two (2),in Starrett's Addition to St.Libory,an d Lots One (1),Two (2),and
<br />Three (3),in Block Six (6),in the original Town of St.Libory,and a piece of ground described
<br />as follows :Beginnin& at.the southeast corner of Block 6 in the Original Town of St.Libory,
<br />and running thence southeasterly in continuation of the easterly line of said Block 6,and para-
<br />llel therewith,40 feet;thence in a southwesterly direction 132 feet;thence north again to the
<br />southwest corner of Block 6 of the Original Town of St.Libory, thence in a northeasterly
<br />direction,parallel with said Block 6,132 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of the said Joel D.Harrison,deceased,said Lot 6 in Block 136,in Union Pacific Railroad Company's
<br />Second Addition to the city of Grand Islan d,in Hall County,Nebraska,passes,by absolute title,
<br />to Maud E. Alden,daughter of said deceased,and that all of the other real estate hereinbefore m
<br />described,and any other real estate of which the deceased died the owner,passes,by absolute titlje,
<br />to Amy D. Harrison, surviving widow of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />M. J. Alden and Amy D. Harrison, executricies of the last will and testament of the said Joel D.
<br />Harrison,deceased,be,and the same hereby is,allowed and approved as and for their final report,
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said executrices discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT all,persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Joel D.Harrison,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded,
<br />and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Joel D.Harrison,deceased,Lot 6 in Block 136 in Union
<br />Pacific Railroad Company's Second Addition to Grand Islan d,in Hall County,Nebraska,passes to
<br />Maud E.Alden,a daughter of said deceased,by absolute title,and that all of the rest of the real
<br />estate herein described,and all other real estate of which said deceased died the owner,passes,
<br />by absolute title,to Amy D.Harrison,surviving widow of said deceased,and distribution thereof
<br />is hereby accordingly made.
