Harxison,8eceased. <br />Now,on this 18th day of October,1924,this cause came on for <br />hearing upon t1 e firms: l report of M. J. Alden and Amy D. Harrison, executrices of the last will and <br />testament of Joel D.Harrison,d.eceased,and upon their petition for the approval of said report,. <br />the settlement of said estate,and their discharge herein,and the Court having examined the re- <br />cords and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been <br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon <br />said report,and no one appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined the same, <br />together with the vouchers on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and <br />that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executrices. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,that the time so fixed <br />has fully expired,an d that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be, <br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said executrices have paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, <br />all debts of said deceased,the Federal estate tax,the Nebraska state inheritance tax,and the costs <br />of this proceeding,and have delivered to Amy D.Harrison,sole residuary legatee and devisee under <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />..L <br />
