<br />I,Joel D.Harrison,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make
<br />and publish this-my last will and testament,in the manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to my beloved daughter,Maud E.A1den,Lot Six (6),in Block One Hundred Thirty«.
<br />six (136),in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />THIRD.
<br />In the event she surviv .3s me,I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved wife,Amy D.Harrison,
<br />all the rest,residue,and remainder of my property,both real and personal',and whether now held
<br />by me or hereafter acquired.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />In the event my said wife,Amy D.Harrison,should die before the time of my death,then and
<br />in that event I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,resid.ue,and remainder of my estate,both
<br />real and personal,and whether now held by me,or hereafter acquired,to my said daughter,Maud
<br />E. Al den.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said wife,Amy D.Harrison,and my son -in -law, M. J. Alden, as executrix
<br />and executor of this will,and request that they be not required to furnish surety upon their
<br />official bonds as such.In the event of the death of either of the said Amy D.Harrison of M. J.
<br />Alden prior to the time of my death,the survivor to act as executrix or executor,as the case mays
<br />be.
<br />SIXTH,
<br />I `hereby revoke any and all former will made by me.
