<br />I,Henry J.Jackson,Certified Public Accountant,re6iding at Street Number 550 North Pine Aven
<br />ue,in the City of Chicago,County of Cook and State of Illinois,being of sound and disposing
<br />mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
<br />in manner following:
<br />FIRST : -I direct that all my just and lawful debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as
<br />conveniently may be after my decease,by my executrix hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND:- I give,devise and hequeath to my beloved wife,NETTIE M. JACKSON,all the property,real,
<br />personal,or mixed,wherever .5i,tuated,that my belong to me at the time of my death.
<br />THIRD: -I nominate,eonstitute and appoint my said wife executrix of this my LAST WILL AND
<br />TESTAMENT and direct that she be not required to furnish surety on her official bond as such.
<br />FOURTH:- I revoke and make void all Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.

<br />Proof of Will and Issue of Letters Testamentary.
<br />Henry J.Jackson Deceased
<br />This day came Nettie M.Jackson of the County of Cook in the State of Illinois,an d produced
<br />in Court an Instrument in writing,purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Henry J.Jack-
<br />son deceased,which instrument & her petition,duly verified,praying that said Will might'be ad-
<br />witted to probate,and that Letters Testamentry thereon might be issued to her the executrix
<br />tamed therein. Also came all the heirs at law of said decedent and all the legatees and devisees
<br />under the Will of said decedent,all of legal age -and presented to the Court and filed their
<br />written appearance herein, consenting to an immediate hearing upon said petition and waived all
<br />Statutory notice of the probate of said Will.
<br />And it appearing to the Court from said petition that Henry J.Jackson of Chicago,in said County,
<br />departed this life on the 21 day of April 1924,leaving said writing ais for his Last Will and
<br />Testament; and thereupon Fred W. Dauncey and Edna L. Crawford two of the subscribing witnesses to
