<br />has fully expired and all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be, and
<br />not filed within the time limited by the Court,are forever barred and excluded from setting
<br />uo or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Arnold Matthiesen departed this life,intestate,while
<br />temporarily in the state of Arizona,and that at the time of his death he was a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and left an estate therein to be administered upon;that the
<br />said Arnold Matthiesen was never married,that Fred Matthiesen,Jr.,father of said deceased,de-
<br />parted this life prior to the death of the said Arnold Matthiesen,and that the said Arnold
<br />Matthiesen left surviving him,as his heir at law and his sole and only heir at law,Sophie
<br />Stuhr,formerly Sophie Matthiesen,his mother;that said Administratrix has paid the funeral expenses
<br />of said deceased;that the estate of said deceased is not subject to a Federal estate tax or to
<br />an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,and that said estate ought to be sett-
<br />led and closed and said administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Arnold Matthiesen,died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title,tf the northeast-quarter of the southeast quarter of Section Thirty -three (33),in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) 'Nest of the 6th P.M.,and an undivided one -third interest
<br />in the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter and the west half of the northwest quarter of
<br />Section Fifteen (15) ,in Township Eleven (11) ,North,Range Ten (10) 'Nest of the 6th P. M. , subj eet
<br />to a homestead estate and dower estate therein of Sophie Stuhr,formerly Sophie Matthiesen,all in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,and that upon the death of the said Arnold Matthiesen all of said real es-
<br />tate passed,by absolute title,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska,in force at the
<br />time of the death of the said Arnold Matthiesen,to- wit,on the 21st day of April,1923,to said
<br />Sophie Stuhr,mother of said deceased,and distribution thereof should be accordingly made.
<br />IT IS,T HEREOFRE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said ad,
<br />ministratrix be,and the same hereby is,allowed and approved as and for her final report,said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed,and said administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Arnold Matthiesen,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded,
<br />and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against the estate of said deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that upon the death of the said Arnold
<br />Matthiesen,to -witon the 21st day of Apri1,1923,the real estate hereinbefore described passed and
<br />descended,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska then in force,by absolute title,to
<br />Sophie Stuhr,mother of said deceased,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
