<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA-
<br />IN THE' MATTER OF THE. ESTATE OF
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />MIRANDA R. JONES , DECEASED.
<br />Now on this Ilth day of October,1915,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of William H.Paeker,executor of the last will and testament of Mi.
<br />randa R. Jones, deceased, and the court having examined the proof on file,finds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for
<br />the hearing upon said final report,in the manner provided by law,and as heretofore ordered by
<br />the court.
<br />And this cause coming on further to be heard,a.nd the court having examined said final report`
<br />and the vouchers on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things,and that the
<br />same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said executor.
<br />The court further finds that the said Miranda R. Jones died testate on the loth day of July,
<br />1914,and that at the time of her death she was a resident of Hall County,Nebraska;that the last'
<br />will and testament of the said Miranda R. Jones,deceased,was duly provex,allowed and admitted to
<br />probate.in this court on the 8th day of September,1914;that William H.Packer was duly named
<br />as executor in said will,duly accepted said trust and qualified as such,and that the said
<br />William H.Packer,as such executor,has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,the expenses
<br />of administration,and has fully accounted for all property in his hands belonging to said estate.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice was given of the time and place fixed for
<br />the filing of claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that
<br />all persoin having claims against said estate and not filed,if any such there be,are forever
<br />barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any claims against said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said Miranda R.Jones died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate,situated in the County of Hall,State of Nebra.ska,to —wit:
<br />Lots Numbered Five and Six (526) in Block Numbered Nineteen (19) in the Village of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />WHEREFORF,it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the report of the said William
<br />H.Packer,as �exxecutor of the last will and testament of the said Miranda R.Jones,deceased,be,
<br />and the same "Ais allowed and approved in all things as and for his final report,and the said
<br />William H. Packer is discharged as such executor,and said estate is closed.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that any and all persons having claims
<br />against said estate and not filed against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred
<br />and enjoined from setting up or asserting any claims against said estate.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed that under the provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Miranda R.Jones, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described, together
<br />with all the personal estate belonging to the said Miranda R. Jones, deceased, did pass and des-
<br />cend by absolute title to Perley Harold Packer and Edna Beulah Packer by absolute title,share
<br />and share alike.
