<br />I,Mira.n da R.Jones,widow,of Wood River,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make and publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form following :.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial be first paid from
<br />my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved grandchildren,Perley Harold Packer and Edna Beulah
<br />Packer,and to the survivor of them should either be dead at the
<br />estate,both real and personal,of which I shall due the owner,provided,should neither of my
<br />time ' of my death,all the
<br />said grandchildren be living at the time of my death,then and in such event 1 give,devise and
<br />bequeath to my belived daughter,Grace C.Packer,all of my estate,both real and personal,of which
<br />I shall due the owner.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son- in- law,William H.Packer,executor of this will and re-
<br />quest that he be not required to give bond as such.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former willsmade by me,
