<br />natural life,and upon the death of the said Mertie Cunninaham,to her children surviving her
<br />at the time of her death,and in the evert she leaves no children suxviving her,then to the
<br />heirs at lair of the said 2.1eTtie Cunningham,without right,power,or authority to alienate or in—
<br />cumber said real estate for the period of fifteen years after the death of the said Mertie
<br />Cunningham.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDER'D,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Joseph E. Cunningham,executor of the last will and test=ament of the said Hannah S. E.'lizslow,be,
<br />and the same hereby is,approved and allowed as and for ht final report,said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGE ' t AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said Hannah S.E.Winslow,deceased,if any such there be,a.re forever
<br />burred and. excluded from setting up or asserting any such c1ai is against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED A7D DECRtDD BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
