<br />TILL & CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE:
<br />IN THE "'AYE OF GOD
<br />I, Hannah S. ,E. inslow, of 77ood River, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last 'JILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />husband, Ezra 11.17inslow, the use of all the property, both personal and real, of which I may die
<br />possessed, for his maintainance and support during his natural life.
<br />THIRD, After his death the real estate and the remainder of the personal property, after paying
<br />his funeral expenses, shall revert to my daughter 1,1ertie Cunningham and shall be used for her
<br />maintainance and support during her natural life. And she shall pay One Hundred Dollars to my s6n,
<br />Gold 3.711inslow, within one year after succeeding to the above bequest.
<br />FOURTH, After the death of my daughter, Merta Cunnin,c-ham, the real estate and other property shall
<br />be held in trust for the education and support of her children for a period of fifteen years,
<br />when they, or her other heirs if there shall be no living descendants of her own, shall enter into
<br />full possession of all the property bequeathed in this section still remaining.
<br />FIFTH, No part of the real estate bequeathed in section two shall be sold or encumbered until
<br />fifteen years after the death of my daughter, Mertie Cunningham.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Joseph Edward Cunningham, my son -in -law, to be Executor of
<br />this my last ''Pill and Testament, hereby revoking all former 7ills by me made.
<br />IN 77ITNESS =REOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the sixth day of July,
<br />in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred fifteen.
