M. in Hall County,Nebraska did pass and descend at the death of the <br />testatrix to Liza Jane Sanders,Caroline Rickert,and Dora Denman,daughters of the testatrix in <br />equal shares,an undivided one -third part thereof to each of them. <br />THE COURT FINDS that under the provis:ori � of said last will and testament all of the right, <br />title and interest of Anne Jane Barr in and to Lots 94 10 in Block 9 in Clarkson's First Addi- <br />tion to the Village of Alda,in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the <br />testatrix to William Barr,Liza Jane Sanders,Caroline Rickert and Dora Denman,share and share alike. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the provisions of the <br />last will and testament of Anne Jane Barr,deceased,all of the above mentioned and described real <br />estate did pass and descend in the manner following; <br />The West one half of the North -west quarter of Section Twenty-.:-six in Township Eleven North of <br />Range Eleven West in Hall County,Nebraska to William Barr; <br />The East -half of the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -six in Township Eleven North of Range <br />Eleven West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,to Liza Jane Sanders,Caroline Rickert and <br />Dora Denman,in equal shares and in absolute title: <br />An undivided one -third interest in Lots Nine and Ten in Block Nine in Clarkson'sAAddition to <br />the Village of Alda in Hall County,Nebraska,to William Barr,Liza Jane Sanders,Caroline Rickert <br />and Dora Denman,in equal shares and in absolute title and it is by the Court awarded to them. <br />J.
