<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do here -'
<br />by certify that on the 17th day of December 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Anne Jane Barr,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th
<br />day of January 1924,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />Anne Jane Barr,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS IMEREOF- I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court,

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />ANNE JANE BARR,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 23rd day of June,1924,this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of William Barr,executor of the last will and testament of Anne Jane
<br />Barr,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file that
<br />notice as required by law was given to all persons interested by publication in the Grand Is-
<br />land Indepen dent and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of
<br />said report.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said executor has accounted for all of the pro-
<br />perty of said deceased coming into his hands;that he has received from all sources the sum of
<br />$2900.55,and that he has paid out and expended for insurance,medical attendance,funeral expenses
<br />repairs,debts,and expenses of administration,the sum of $2900.55,and that there remains in his
<br />possession no personal property belonging to said estate;that his report is correct in all re-i
<br />spects and ought to be allowed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of William Barr,executor,be and the
<br />i
<br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased
<br />as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,and that the
<br />time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />the estate of Anne Jane Barr,deceased,have been paid and satisfied,and that all claims out -
<br />standing against said deceased,not so filed,if any such exist,a.re therefore forever barred and
<br />excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands of whatsoever nature against the estate of Anne Jane Barr,
<br />deceased,
<br />The Court finds that the said Anne Jane Barr departed this life on the 14th day of December,
<br />1923,that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that she left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed,admitted
<br />to probate and recorded in this office on the 12th day of January,1924.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Anne Jane Barr was at the time of her death the owner
<br />in fee of the following described real estate,situate in the County of Halt and State of Neb-
<br />raska,to -wit: The North -west Quarter (NWy) of Section Twenty -six (26) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />in Range Eleven (11) and an undivided one -third interest in Lots Nine and Ten (9 & 10) in Block
