<br />I,Anne Jane Barr,being of sound mind and disposing memory,but not unmindful of the uncertain-
<br />ties of htman life,do hereby make,publish and declare this,my last Will and Testament,hereby re-
<br />voking all former wills by me made.

<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate;but direct
<br />that the said debts and funeral expenses be paid out of that part of my estate disposed of under
<br />the residuary clause.

<br />To my beloved Son,William Barr,I give,devise and bequeath the Nest One -half (W2) of the North-
<br />west Quarter (NIM) of Section Twenty -six (26),in Township Eleven.(11),North of Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the Sixth P.'_. ?. ,in Hall County,Nebra.ska,to be his,absolutely.

<br />To my beloved Daughters,Liza .lane Sanders, Caroline Rickert and Dora Denman,I give,devise and
<br />bequeath,share and share alike,the East one -half (EJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1) of Section
<br />Twenty -six (26),Township Eleven (11),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the Sixth P.M.,in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to be theirs absolutely.

<br />Whereas,there is at present a One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00 mortgage on the said Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW-1) of Section 26,Township 11,North of Range 11,West of the 6th P.,L,in Hall County,
<br />Nebra.ska;I direct that said mortgage be paid by my Son,William Barr,and my daughters,Liza.Jane
<br />Sanders,Caroline Rickert and Dora Denman in equal -Darts;that is to say,each of my Son and
<br />Daughters is to pay one - fourth of the principal and interest of the said mortgage.

<br />The rest and residue of my estate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my Son,William Barr,and
<br />unto my daughters,Liza Jane Sanders,Caroline Rickert and Dora Denman,share and share alike.

<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my Son,William Barr,to be the executor of this,
<br />my last Will and Testament.
